About Me
I am committed to providing a comfortable and non-judgmental space for you.
Feeling comfortable with your therapist is essential to the success of the therapeutic experience. You are more likely to benefit from therapy if you feel that you can talk openly and honestly with your therapist. I look forward to the opportunity to learn about you and work together in a collaborative way to address your current stressors and the things you would like to change in your life. My strengths as a clinician are compassion, warmth and sensitivity.

What is an MFT?
The MFT, or Marriage and Family Therapist, is a license issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in the State of California to therapists who have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, who has passed both the Written and Clinical Vignette Exams administered by the Board, and who have completed 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.
My education includes a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge
While gaining over 3000 hours of psychotherapy experience as an intern, I was able to work at some of Southern California’s best training centers including:
Friends of the Family in Van Nuys
Jewish Family Service of Ventura County
The Coalition to End Family Violence in Oxnard
Boys and Girls Club in Port Hueneme
Free Clinic of Simi Valley
